In line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, we want to ensure that our existing practices and policies are compliant in relation to the collection, use, disclosure, retention and security of your personal data.
I agree to allow Synergy Financial Advisers Ltd & its employees and advisers (collectively “SYNERGY”) to provide me with marketing, advertising & promotional information relating products and/or services that SYNERGY may be selling, marketing, offering, or promoting now or in the future and for such purpose to process personal data about me that I had previously, now or may in future provide to SYNERGY.
I also allow such marketing, advertising and promotional information to be sent through email.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, you have the right to withdraw your consent, to make a data access or correction request concerning your personal data held by us. You may make such request through your Client Adviser or by writing to our Data Protection Officer at the address provided on our website at www.synergy.com.sg
